What we install
- A coverage plan for entrances, driveways, yards and blind spots, with mounting heights and angles worked out before we drill.
- PoE cameras: one network cable carries power and video, so there are no batteries to charge and no Wi-Fi dropouts.
- Network video recorders (NVRs) with storage sized for how many days of footage you want to keep.
- Phone and computer viewing, with person and vehicle alerts set up to cut down on false alarms.
- Video doorbells, floodlight cameras and motion lighting.
- Systems for storefronts, offices, warehouses, multi-unit buildings and job sites.
Not tied to one brand
We supply and install cameras from the brands that fit your property and budget, including Reolink, Ubiquiti UniFi Protect, Axis, Hanwha and Lorex, as well as Ring and Google Nest doorbells. Where it suits the job, we choose ONVIF-compatible cameras so they can work with other recorders and software later.
Wired by electricians
Cameras, recorders and floodlights need power and data in the right places. We run both on the same visit, seal exterior penetrations properly, and can add circuits or outlets where they’re needed, with no second contractor to coordinate.
Respecting privacy
We aim cameras at your own property and entrances, not at neighbours’ windows or yards, and we can set privacy masks to block out areas that shouldn’t be recorded.
Common questions
Wired or wireless cameras?
Wired PoE cameras are more reliable: steady power, no batteries and no Wi-Fi interference. Wireless cameras can suit spots where running a cable isn’t practical.
Can I watch the cameras on my phone?
Yes. We set up the app on your phone, show you how to view live video and playback, and tune the alerts.
How much footage is stored?
It depends on the number of cameras, resolution and the recorder’s hard drive. We size the storage for how many days you want to keep.
Can you add cameras to my existing system?
Often, yes. Many recorders accept additional cameras, including other brands that support ONVIF. We check compatibility first.
